I will not claim the artwork or design as my own or use it for anything other than personal use (unless permitted by the artist).

I understand that all artwork and designs are strictly for non-commercial purposes only.

I may not use the artwork or designs to produce merchandise, promote products, or advertise paid services. Unless the artist agrees to it.

I understand that the artwork must remain unaltered and the signature must stay intact and clearly visible, unless it is being used as a profile picture.

I understand that I may not use the artwork for personal reference purposes, including tracing, repurposing elements of the image, using it in AI generators, or creating NFTs.

I understand that I may re-post the artwork wherever I like, as long as proper credit is given, including a link back to the artist’s website: https://hydraelyn.myportfolio.com/

I understand that sketch commissions are allowed 1 revision per order while rendered/coloured commissions are allowed up to 3 revisions before additional fees apply.

I understand that the 50% deposit fee is non-refundable and once the artist has begun working past the sketching phase, the full payment is non-refundable once paid. Full refunds will only be offered in the event that the artist cannot complete the order.

I understand that if orders placed before or after mine include rush orders, my estimated turnaround time may be adjusted.
